The Hong Kong Virtual University (HKVU) Program, formerly a collaborative project funded by UGC's Restructuring and Collaboration Fund, is now officially an education development team within the Center for Education Innovation (CEI) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). The HKVU Program aims to foster a collaborative networked virtual campus that connects local tertiary institutions while providing students with a wider range of subject choices and greater flexibility in learning, thereby enhancing educational opportunities for learners throughout Hong Kong.
