This program is offered by the HKVU and HKUST, in partnership with the Hong Kong Education City (HKEdCity), the HKUST-Lee Kum Kee Happy Family Learning Center (HFLC) and the Education Bureau. There are multiple topics at different levels for students to explore the HKUST's Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) recommended for senior primary, junior secondary and senior secondary school students.

The Chemists Online Self-study Award Scheme Program is a student-spaced learning program for local senior secondary school students. It is jointly organized by Hong Kong Virtual University and the Science Education Section of the Education Bureau. The award scheme aims to nurture the scientific literacy of senior secondary school students by providing them with exposure to more advanced chemistry online lectures.

This program is organized by the Education Bureau, and supported by the HKVU and HKUST. It consists of online seminars and electronic quizzes which is relevant to Science (S1-3) curriculum.
